Roofing Mendham, New Jersey

Are you experiencing roof problems in Mendham NJ ? Some leaking roofs are due to minor problems and a simple roof repair could be a low cost alternative to replacing your whole roof. But if a leak or a repair that is needed is simply ignored, it could lead to critical problems in the future, costing you big bucks. After a heavy season of snow or rain, a roof could possibly start leaking and might continue to leak after every rain storm or just on occasional heavy storms. Either way, you should get your roof inspected for damaged and/or if necessary, potential roof replacement. In most cases a roof will just need some repairs, although if the cost of repairs will average 30 to 50 percent of the roof cost, you should consider re-roofing it. In that situation you get 25 plus years of life prospect of the new roof and it would save a lot of money on repairs you won’t need to do. Contact us at Construct It All for your roofing needs.

Mendham Borough
The Bowers Building - 6 West Main Street
Mendham NJ. 07945
(973) 543-7152

While New Jersey was an English colony, Mendham Township was formed on March 29, 1749 as a new governmental entity, from portions of Hanover Township, Morris Township, and Rockaway Township. Sites had been established by settlers from the early 18th century and villages named. After the American War of Independence, the township was incorporated under the same name by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 21, 1798. Portions of the township were taken to create Randolph Township on January 1, 1806. Mendham was incorporated as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on May 15, 1906, from portions of Mendham Township. This was driven by the people who inhabited what became the Borough wanting public water and sewer services while those that lived in what remained the Township (villages of Brookside and Ralston) felt it was cost prohibitive in their more rural areas.
